Digital Marketing Assistant Manager (SEO & SEM) Real Estate

Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager, in hopes of developing the current high performing Digital Marketing team. They are located in the North area – easily accessible.

Duties of Digital Marketing Assistant Manager:

• Drive the company's digital growth within the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment.
• Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy and SOPs.
• Execute digital campaigns across search engines, social media, and programmatic advertising.
• Analyze campaign performance and report on goals from impressions to sales.
• Collaborate with agencies to optimize campaigns based on trends and insights.
• Conduct A/B and conversion testing.
• Optimize the digital user journey and experience in collaboration with internal teams.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, sharing expertise with the team.
• Assess the customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Work with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
• Stay abreast of and advise on emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with 5 years of digital marketing experience
• Able to communicate in both English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese counterpart
• Experience in using Social Media Platform like Xiao Hong Shu, Dou Yin, wechat and etc
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with SEO, SEM and Google Search Engine
