Digital Marketing Executive

We're seeking a Marketing Executive (Digital, Content & CRM) to power our digital storytelling and customer engagement efforts. This 6-month contract role is perfect for someone with a passion for content, social media, and building brand relationships through data-driven marketing.

What you’ll be doing

• Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube

• Plan and execute content calendars in sync with seasonal campaigns and promotions

• Craft digital-first content: short videos, static posts, carousels, and email copy

• Execute CRM campaigns via email/SMS platforms (EDMs, loyalty blasts, promotions)

• Monitor and respond to community engagement across digital channels

• Maintain and segment customer databases for targeted outreach

• Report performance of digital and CRM activities, with key learnings and recommendations

• Support mascot content, digital events, influencer tie-ins, and collaborations

What we are looking for:

• 1–2 years in digital marketing, CRM, or content creation

• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, CapCut or similar

• Strong writing skills, attention to brand tone, and content detail

• Data-curious: understands the basics of segmentation, click-throughs, open rates

• Bonus if you've managed social CRM or loyalty campaigns before
