Job Description - Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, content creation, social media, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Social Media Management

  • Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand presence.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, reels, and stories.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Grow online communities and increase audience engagement.

Content Marketing

  • Develop marketing content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

Website & SEO

  • Update and maintain the company website.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and recommend enhancements.

Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage subscriber lists and customer segmentation.
  • Track campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor digital marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Market Research

  • Conduct competitor analysis and industry research.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Recommend new marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and lead generation.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to support lead generation activities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when required.
  • Assist in organising marketing events, product launches, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
