Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role
KiX is a game-first social product with a fast-growing regional user base. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help plan and run our digital campaigns across paid, social and organic channels — driving user acquisition, engagement and brand growth.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid media (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok), social and other channels
- Manage day-to-day social media content and community engagement
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPI/CPA, ROAS, retention) and recommend improvements
- Support app store optimisation (ASO) and user acquisition efforts
- Coordinate with design, product and external partners/agencies on creative and content
- Assist with influencer / KOL outreach and partnership campaign
- Keep on top of digital marketing trends and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media or user
- Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads or similar) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, app attribution tools)
- Comfortable working with data — able to read campaign metrics
- Strong written communication and a creative, hands-on attitude
- Organised, self-driven and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing mobile apps, games or social products
- Experience with ASO or app attribution platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust)
- Working proficiency in Chinese to coordinate with our Guangzhou team
