Digital Marketing Executive

AMILI is a pioneering microbiome precision medicine company focused on transforming healthcare through science-driven innovation.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help run our digital campaigns as we build out our regional presence, with a particular focus on the Thai market. You'll work closely with the Marketing Lead to take campaigns from brief to live, keep them running well, and report on what's working. This is a hands-on execution role with room to grow.

• Build and run digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, and owned channels, from setup through to optimisation to drive lead generation.  

• Support budget management by monitoring spend, pacing, and performance against targets.  

• Localise messaging and creative for the Thai market, working with regional partners so campaigns land with local audiences.  

• Coordinate with content, SEO, and email so campaigns stay consistent across the customer journey.  

• Set up and maintain UTM tracking, GA4, and conversion reporting so campaigns tie back to results.  

• Pull regular performance reports and flag insights and optimisation opportunities to the Marketing Lead. 

• Run A/B tests on audiences, creative, and landing pages, and feed learnings back into the plan. 

• Track competitor activity and category trends in the regional medtech and health tech space. 
  

  • 1-2 years experience in medtech or health tech marketing  

  • 1-3 years experience running paid digital campaigns end to end (Google Ads, Meta, and similar platforms).\ 

  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and marketing attribution. 

  • Strong command of written and spoken English. 

  • Either based in Thailand, or with a track record marketing to the Thai medtech / health tech market and have good working knowledge of Thai language and cultural context. 

  • Comfort translating clinical or scientific material into clear consumer content.
