Job Description

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing, and brand awareness initiatives.

Digital Content & Social Media

• Create and design digital marketing materials, including social media posts, EDMs, website banners, landing pages, advertisements, mobile banners, poster, TikTok videos, and other digital-related assets.
• Produce engaging materials for social media channels, TikTok, and other digital platforms, including scripting, filming, and video editing.
• Assist with the management, evaluation, and optimization of digital assets, along with overseeing their effectiveness and performance.
• Stay abreast of social media trends, industry developments, and emerging digital marketing best practices to create relevant and engaging content.

Campaign Support

• Assist in planning and scheduling campaign calendars.
• Support campaigns, launches, events, and promotions.
• Ensure brand and creative consistency across all campaign platforms.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance.
• Track metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
• Conduct competitor analysis.
• Prepare reports and recommend improvements.

SEO& Website Management

• Review and update website content and assets where applicable.
• Support SEO and website optimization initiatives to improve online search visibility and user experience.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.

Design & Brand Governance

• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to corporate branding, design standards, and communication guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and agencies to support the timely delivery of marketing campaigns and projects.

Other Responsibilities

• Provide support for marketing events, campaign launches, and other ad-hoc departmental initiatives.

Requirement

• A Diploma / Degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Passionate about digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and graphic design, with a keen interest in developing creative and engaging campaigns.
• Proficient in design applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, photo-editing and video editing software, and knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with content creation for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO, website content management and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience in the banking, finance, or financial services industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to fulfil demanding job deadlines.
• Strong creative and visual skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
