Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a driven Digital Marketing Executive to grow our brand presence and drive sales for our range of household appliances across e-commerce, social, and website channels. You’ll be hands-on with campaigns for products like ceiling fans, automated laundry system, digital lock and air circulator.

1. E-commerce & Marketplace

Management Manage and optimize Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and brand website listings

Plan and execute platform campaigns: 9.9, 11.11, GSS, Payday, etc.

Coordinate vouchers, bundles, and ad budgets to hit monthly sales targets

Monitor product reviews, Q&A, and competitor pricing

2. Social Media & Content

Plan and execute content calendar for FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, Xiao Hong Shu

Create product demo videos, reels, and lifestyle content showing product benefits

Collaborate with KOLs/influencers and UGC creators for reviews and unboxings

Engage community and respond to product inquiries in comments/DMs

3. Paid Media & Performance Marketing

Set up, monitor and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Search/Shopping Ads

Track performance and report on ROAS, CPA, conversion rate

Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages

4. Website, SEO & CRM

Update website product pages, banners, and promos on WordPress/Shopify

Conduct keyword research and write SEO blogs: "best washing machine Singapore", "energy saving fridge tips"

Manage EDMs and WhatsApp broadcasts for launches, servicing reminders, and warranty

5. Analytics & Reporting

Track performance via GA4, Meta Pixel, Shopee/Lazada analytics

Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations

Support product launches and retail promotions with digital assets

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field1-3 years experience in digital marketing.

Experience in e-commerce or consumer appliances is a plus

Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Shopee/Lazada Seller Center

Good eye for content: Canva, CapCut, basic video editing

Strong copywriting skills in English. Comfortable on camera is a plus

Data-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
