Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital Marketing Strategy and Planning
•
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals and objectives.
•
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to identify growth opportunities.
•
Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans and campaign calendars.
•
Recommend digital solutions and marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
•
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign objectives.
•
Present digital strategies and campaign recommendations to clients and management.
2. Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
•
Develop and implement social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
•
Create monthly content calendars and publishing schedules.
•
Plan and oversee organic and paid social media campaigns.
•
Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
•
Develop platform-specific content strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
•
Coordinate content creation, graphics, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
•
Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
•
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
3. Meta Ads and Google Ads Management
•
Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
•
Develop lead generation campaigns to acquire qualified prospects.
•
Manage campaign budgets and allocate advertising spend effectively.
•
Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies.
•
Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign objectives.
•
Monitor campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
•
Optimize advertising campaigns to maximize return on investment.
•
Generate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
4. Content Marketing and Creative Management
•
Oversee the creation of engaging digital content for websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
•
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality materials.

Develop marketing copy, captions, articles, blogs, and promotional content.
•
Manage video production projects, including campaign videos, reels, and branded content.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
5. SEO and Search Engine Marketing
•
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
•
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata.

Manage SEM campaigns through Google Ads.
•
Monitor website traffic, search performance, and user behavior.

6. Website Management and User Experience
•
Coordinate website design and development projects.

7. Influencer, KOL, and UGC Campaigns
•

8. Brand Activations and Events
•
