We're looking for a strategic and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead campaigns for our healthcare clients. At Fiture Health, you'll work closely with our creative, content, and performance marketing teams, lead client accounts, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in shaping the growth of both our clients and our agency.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of healthcare and aesthetic clients while leading and mentoring our marketing team. You'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are strategically planned, executed to a high standard, and aligned with each client's business goals.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead client relationships by conducting meetings, presenting marketing strategies, and providing ongoing consultation and recommendations.
• Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple healthcare and aesthetic brands.
• Guide and mentor the Marketing Executive and Senior Marketing Executive, providing direction, feedback, and support for their professional growth.
• Review content calendars, campaign strategies, and marketing deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with client objectives.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging content and campaigns across social media platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' digital presence through content strategy, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
• Coordinate project timelines and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and healthcare industry developments to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to strengthen existing client partnerships and contribute to new business pitches when required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is both a strategic marketer and a strong people leader.

• 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or account management, preferably within a marketing agency.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client meetings.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior marketing team members.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to advise clients.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• A genuine interest in healthcare, medical, and aesthetic marketing.
