Objectives of role:
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns that deliver on business’s sales objectives and grow Cocomi’s brand awareness in all operating markets.
• Manage digital and social marketing channels to grow social following, presence, and engagement.
• Devise and execute member’s acquisition and retention plans to grow loyalty consumer base and drive brand engagement.
Key accountabilities:
Marketing Campaigns
• Assist in planning and execution the full spectrum of marketing campaign activities across Timepiece’s omnichannel business model.
• Provide liaison support with external stakeholders (malls, vendors, partners), internal stakeholders (merchandise, logistics, creative) to ensure timely deliverance on all marketing campaign activities and promotions.
• Plan and provide clear briefs on communication collaterals required to ensure strong and consistent messaging across all touchpoints – digital and print included.
• Support in planning and executing customer engagement and retail events.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
• Build and implement content calendar across all social media channels:
• Plan and execute digital ads, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, email, and digital displays.
• Monitoring and sharing new and latest digital marketing trends for business considerations.
• Develop editorial content for eDMs intended to drive loyalty engagement.
• Prepare monthly reports to evaluate digital/ social media marketing efforts VS. ROIs and provide key learnings for future implementations.
• Provide recommendations to optimize ad spend to drive objectives including social following growth and brand engagements.
• Track and manage social media & digital marketing spend budgets.
Customer Relationship Management
• Develop partnerships to enhance Cocomi’s membership program offerings.
• Support in executing members’ privileges and events across all business channels.
• Plan and develop regular promotional e-mailers to drive traffic and conversion at retail stores and/or e-commerce channels.
• Develop editorial content for e-mailers intended to drive brand engagement.
• Provide design/ content directives throughout all member communication touchpoints to upkeep a consistent and strong brand voice.
General Marketing
• Co-ordinate and execute any mall-related marketing activities that retail stores participate in.
• Maintaining and upkeeping principal brand assets archive to ensure assets in use are up to date.
• Preparing marketing-related presentations and reports whenever necessary.
• Assist in developing and producing of any other marketing collaterals required by the business.
• Attend activation and events on site (some may be after hours) to assist with onsite logistics and execution.
Key attributes:
• 2-3 years’ experience in multi-brand retail and digital marketing
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Effective project management skills
• Creative, meticulous with an eye for details and aesthetics
• Resourceful, efficient and able to work independently
• Familiar with: Sendible, Klaviyo, Canva, or similar tool
• Basic designing/edit skills with Adobe Premier, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Basic photography and videography skills.
