Responsibilities • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target demographics.
• Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and manage SEO initiatives to enhance organic search rankings and boost website traffic.
• Curate, create and manage compelling and pertinent content for diverse digital outlets, encompassing social media, the website, email, and blogs.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, providing regular reports on campaign performance while identifying areas for enhancement.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, integrating these insights into marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to craft visually appealing and effective digital assets, including graphics, videos, and interactive content.
• Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other digital assets, aiming for maximum conversion rates.
• Manage email campaigns and ensure compliance.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
• Identify and capitalize on new growth and innovation opportunities within the digital marketing landscape.
Requirements • At least 3 years of related working experience in planning, executing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO keyword research tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
