Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance & Analytics)

Job Summary

You will manage paid advertising campaigns and tracking for clients across local and regional markets, turning performance data into clear insights. This hands-on role offers mentorship to develop your skills in data storytelling and campaign optimisation within a collaborative performance team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and, over time, other channels such as Meta, programmatic, and digital out-of-home (DOOH)
• Run campaigns across both local and regional (Southeast Asia) markets
• Configure and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance
• Monitor campaign data to identify successful tactics and areas for improvement, then implement changes to enhance results
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights explaining what happened, why, and recommended next steps
• Collaborate with account teams and clients to build confidence in advertising performance and strategy
• Continuously learn and apply new skills across advertising platforms, tracking, analytics, and data communication
• Utilise AI tools and automated reporting to increase efficiency and focus on strategic analysis

Who You Are (the must-haves)

• You have hands-on experience setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns
• You know how to set up tracking with Google Tag Manager, and you understand why accurate measurement matters
• You are genuinely interested in numbers, and you enjoy digging into data to understand what it is telling you
• You can explain a number clearly. You may not be a polished presenter yet, but you can make a figure make sense to someone who is not technical, and you want to get better at it
• You are careful and accurate. You understand that a broken tracker or a mis-set campaign costs a client real money
• You are curious and eager to grow. We will teach you the deeper analytics and the craft of the data story

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Data Studio
• Experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads or other advertising platforms
• Exposure to programmatic or digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising, or a strong interest in learning it
• Relevant certifications such as Google Ads or GA4, or strong motivation to obtain them
• Some experience presenting or reporting performance data to clients
