About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives for our FX technology business. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B fintech, foreign exchange markets, trading technology, payments, liquidity, or financial infrastructure, and can translate complex products into compelling digital campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, generating qualified leads, improving conversion rates, and supporting commercial growth across digital channels. You will work closely with sales, product, content, and leadership teams to develop marketing strategies that resonate with banks, brokers, fintechs, corporates, asset managers, and other FX market participants.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives, product positioning, and target customer segments.

Plan multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, webinars, content syndication, retargeting, and account-based marketing.

Identify key buyer personas and decision-makers within the FX technology ecosystem, including treasury teams, brokerages, fintech platforms, institutional trading firms, and financial institutions.

Translate technical product capabilities into clear, commercially compelling marketing messages.

Lead Generation & Demand Creation

Design and optimize campaigns to generate high-quality marketing-qualified leads and sales opportunities.

Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline targets, priority accounts, and regional growth plans.

Develop conversion funnels for prospects at different stages of the buyer journey, from awareness to demo request or sales consultation.

Manage landing pages, lead capture forms, nurture sequences, and campaign workflows.

Content & Positioning

Work with internal subject matter experts to develop thought leadership, product content, white papers, case studies, webinars, newsletters, blogs, and sales enablement materials.

Ensure content clearly communicates the value of FX technology solutions such as trading platforms, liquidity connectivity, payment infrastructure, risk management tools, data analytics, automation, or API-based solutions.

Maintain consistent messaging across digital channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.

SEO, Website & Conversion Optimization

Lead SEO strategy focused on relevant industry keywords, technical content, and high-intent search terms.

Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to user journeys, page structure, calls to action, and conversion rates.

Use analytics tools to track traffic quality, engagement, lead sources, and campaign attribution.

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic channels, and industry media placements.

Set campaign budgets, track performance, and continuously optimize cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on marketing investment.

Test ad copy, creative, audience segments, landing pages, and campaign offers.

Marketing Technology & Analytics

Use CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms to track campaign performance and customer engagement.

Maintain accurate reporting on key metrics including website traffic, lead volume, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and campaign ROI.

Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

Market & Competitor Intelligence

Monitor FX technology trends, competitor positioning, customer needs, and industry developments.

Identify new digital channels, partnership opportunities, and content themes that can strengthen market presence.

Support go-to-market planning for new products, features, markets, or customer segments.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing strategy, preferably in fintech, FX, trading technology, payments, SaaS, capital markets, or financial services.

Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing funnels and lead generation strategies.

Experience running campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, webinars, and content marketing.

Ability to market complex technology products to sophisticated financial or institutional audiences.

Strong copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools.

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data, attribution, and performance reporting.

Knowledge of FX, liquidity, trading platforms, cross-border payments, treasury technology, broker technology, or financial markets is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing to banks, brokers, fintechs, corporates, institutional traders, or financial technology buyers.

Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial promotions.

Experience with account-based marketing for enterprise or institutional clients.

Familiarity with APIs, trading infrastructure, liquidity aggregation, electronic trading, or financial data products.

Experience working in a fast-growth fintech, SaaS, or technology-led financial services company.
