Digital Media & Marketing Executive

About the Role

You'll be the creative force behind social channels, developing posts, stories, and short-form videos that connect with audience, while also supporting outreach campaigns and communications that make a genuine difference in the community.

What You Will Do

Content Creation

• Develop digital content — posts, stories, and short-form videos — tailored to each social media platform.
• Create marketing materials such as videos and infographics to support outreach and education efforts.

Campaign Support

• Assist in planning and coordinating social media campaigns promoting worker well-being.
• Monitor and compile basic performance reports on social media engagement to support campaign evaluation.

Communications Administration

• Provide administrative support in maintaining communication channels, including messaging platforms and email newsletters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

• Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic proficiency in video editing tools such as Capcut Pro.
