Digital Sales Marketing Executive

• Develop & create content calendar, topics & articles for updates on company's website (blog) & social media
• Update company activities,  news, info across brand's social media assets (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn Instagram, YouTube, etc) & website on weekly & timely basis
• Develop sub-pages & update content (event, photo, blog) for company's website based on WordPress backend 
• Manage CRM Program & contacts, create email/ newsletters/ EDMs/ banner templates & send EDMs in regular basis
• Develop & create communication collaterals such as sales kit, brochures or video
• Monthly reports for website traffic & social pitch, marketing related activities,  or training-related presentations 

Other Sales & Marketing Support 

• Develop & create content for senior management's Public speech
• Coordinate with event organisers, 3rd party vendors or client teams for project implementation 
• Assist in sales or marketing event planning & logistics 
• Assist in day-to-day office administration and other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least minimum Diploma in Marketing or equivalent 
• Preferably entry level specialised in Digital Marketing or equivalent 
• Experienced in Social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc), website content, etc
• Experienced in website designing tools such as WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, CRM and email marketing 
• Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint 
• On Job Training provided and work experience required
