Job Description - Director of Marketing

Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term brand positioning.
Build, strengthen, and manage the company's brand identity across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong market presence.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns encompassing digital marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, public relations, events, and traditional advertising.
Identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making and business development.
Partner closely with the Sales, Product, and Management teams to develop go-to-market strategies, generate qualified leads, and achieve sales targets.
Develop strategic partnerships and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, agencies, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong return on investment (ROI).
Establish marketing KPIs, monitor campaign performance through data analytics, and provide actionable recommendations to optimise marketing effectiveness.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Present regular marketing reports, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and executive leadership.
Oversee corporate communications, branding initiatives, product launches, customer engagement programmes, and corporate events.
Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging marketing technologies, CRM platforms, AI tools, and automation to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
