Job Title: Director / Deputy Director, Marketing & Communications
About the Role We are seeking a Director/Deputy Director of Marketing & Communications with strong business acumen for one of our clients. The role will lead brand strategy, communications, and external positioning to strengthen visibility across digital and traditional channels. You will develop integrated marketing strategies and work closely with technical and business teams to translate complex information into clear, impactful, and market-relevant messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evolve the organisation’s brand and content strategy to strengthen market presence and audience engagement.
Drive integrated communications to ensure a consistent, professional, and differentiated brand identity across all channels.
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, creatives, and online campaigns to build awareness and engagement.
Partner with technical and business teams to translate complex information into clear, impactful market-facing narratives.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with business development teams to drive lead generation and engagement.
Lead thought leadership and external visibility efforts through media relations, PR, speaking engagements, and industry platforms.
Oversee events, exhibitions, and industry showcases, ensuring strong messaging, engagement, and execution quality.
Lead stakeholder engagement and manage agency partners while monitoring campaign performance and brand effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
10–15 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, content management, or public relations, with exposure to B2B and/or B2C environments.
Proven experience in a senior leadership or managerial role.
Experience in high-tech, research, manufacturing, innovation, or complex B2B organisations is highly advantageous.
Proven track record in brand building, marketing campaigns, and positioning of products, services, or institutional offerings.
Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into clear communications.
Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership experience across internal and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Contract – 3 Years
Salary Range: S$7,000 – S$10,700
Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6:00pm; Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm
