Job Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
Manage and maintain the company's social media channels and e-commerce platforms, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging digital content, including social media posts, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing activities.
Assist in organizing events, promotions, and product launches.
Support the management of online product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates across e-commerce platforms.
Respond to customer enquiries and feedback on digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Must have experience in social media platforms and digital marketing.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
A good team player.
