E-commerce & Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

As an E-Commerce & Operations Executive, you'll play a key role in growing Slurpy Bear (B2C brand). You will be managing daily e-commerceoperations, inventory and procurement to ensure smooth business operations and customer experience.

Your adventures:

1.     E-Commerce Operations

• Manage and maintain daily operations across e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Process and monitor online orders, returns, refunds, and customer enquiries.
• Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales activities.
• Liaise with platform account managers and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Support order fulfilment &all other e-commerce operational activities.

2.     Inventory &Procurement

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely ordering and delivery of goods.
• Support stock take exercises and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with warehouse operations and inventory.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with e-commerce marketplace platforms such as Shopee is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on and willing to support operational activities when required.
