E-commerce Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our online stores and marketplaces, support sales growth, and deliver an excellent online shopping experience.

You will work with internationally recognized outdoor, running and lifestyle brands under Outdoor Venture's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

·        Drive online sales and execute campaigns across e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify.

·        Manage the day-to-day operations of all e-commerce channels, including order processing, product listings, customer enquiries, returns and refunds.

·        Create and maintain accurate product listings, ensuring product information, pricing and images are updated across all platforms.

·        Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth e-commerce operations and timely order fulfilment.

·        Support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, digital advertising, SEO and SEM.

·        Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability is accurately reflected across all online channels.

·        Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.

·        Identify opportunities to improve online sales, operational efficiency and customer experience.

·       Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces or direct-to-consumer (D2C) operations.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Basic knowledge of image editing software such as Canva, Photoshop or Photopea.
• Good understanding of online selling, digital marketplaces and customer behavior.
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn.
• Passion for e-commerce, retail, outdoor and sports brands.
