E-Commerce Executive (4 months contract)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's online stores across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.

• Create, update and optimise product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.

• Conduct keyword research and optimise listings to improve search rankings, traffic, and conversions.

• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, flash sales, and sponsored advertisements to drive sales.

• Process and monitor customer orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

• Track sales performance, traffic, and campaign results, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain the overall health and performance of online stores.

• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform features to identify opportunities for business growth.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 years of related work experience in E-Commerce

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of marketplace SEO, campaign management, and digital merchandising.

• Salary: Up to S$3800

• Work location: Clarke Quay

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6.30pm
