Create, review, and update content on e-commerce websites in collaboration with design, marketing, and product development teams
Create guidelines and procedures for content creation and new product listings
Develop monthly marketing plans to increase digital sales on our website and other digital platforms
Monitor e-platform functionality and conduct regular website checks.
Return, refund and shop ratings management
Ad hoc duties whenever needed.
Job requirements:
Diploma/Degree or relevant sales experience required, with proficiency in Excel for calculations, data linking, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred 1-2 years of experience with e-commerce platforms such as Tik Tok, RedMart, Shopify, Shopee and etc., and be fluent in English and Mandarin for customer support.
Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and self-discipline are essential, along with experience in web merchandising, retailing, market analysis, and website management.
Should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.
