Job Description:

We are seeking an E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team in the F&B sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing advertising spends and overseeing campaigns to enhance our online presence and drive revenue growth. Working closely with the marketing team, the E-commerce Executive will play a pivotal role in maximizing our digital reach and optimizing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Advertising Spends: Develop and implement strategies to effectively allocate advertising budgets across various digital platforms such as social media, search engines, and third-party aggregators such as Grab, Deliveroo and FoodPanda. Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Manage Clicks: Utilize analytics tools to track funnel metrics traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. Identify opportunities to enhance user experience, increase click-through rates, and drive online sales. Use of Keywords and optimising promotional spend.
  • Oversee Campaigns: Plan, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to promote menu offerings, special promotions, and brand initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Optimize E-commerce Platforms: Continuously evaluate the performance of our e-commerce platforms, including our websites and 3rd party aggregators. Implement enhancements to improve site navigation, optimize product listings, and streamline the checkout process.
  • Collaboration with Maketing Team: Work closely with the Marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives. Provide regular updates on digital marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and emerging trends in the restaurant industry.
  • Contribute to Marketing Team: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute innovative ideas, and assist in the development of integrated marketing campaigns. Share insights and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience or interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram ads and potentially other platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
