E-Commerce Manager

Position: E-Commerce Manager

Salary: $5000 - $7500

Working Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm / 10am – 7pm

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy for the company's brand website, focusing on maximizing online sales and brand visibility.

· Manage all aspects of the brand's e-commerce platform, including website development, product catalog management, and user experience optimization.

· Oversee online merchandising efforts, ensuring that product listings are accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand standards.

· Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and online advertising.

· Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization of the e-commerce experience.

· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e- commerce, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the brand's online presence and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.

· Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing successful e-commerce initiatives.

· Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies, as well as digital marketing tactics and analytics tools.

· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Creative thinker with a passion for e-commerce and a commitment to delivering exceptional online shopping experiences for customers.
