E-Commerce Manager (Online Retail Sales, Branding & Strategy) / East

Our client is an internatinal online Retail company. They are looking for a E-Commerce Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located at the East - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and support a team,fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• To strategize and execute digital projects/campaigns driving sales, cusomter engagement,etc with a team
• Leverage digital analytics tools to monitor key metrics and generate routine reports.
• Craft and implement holistic e-commerce plan in alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze industry movement and market dynamics to uncover avenues for advancement
• Supervise the upkeep and enhancement of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user interface.
• Deploy enhancements to website layout, user navigation, and operational features.
• Handle end-to-end online advertisement, email outreach, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
• Work with logistics team to oversee product and inventory availability, streamlining order-processing.
• Oversee inventory management, to ensure inventory avaibility
• Employ data insights to optimize sales performance and enhance user engagement.
• Responsbile for customers' feedback/complaints and address all online shopping concerns effectively
• Elevate whole online shopping experience to cultivate customer loyalty ans satisfactions

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Marketing or any relevant field.
• Min 3 years of experience in handling E-commerce with leadership experience
