Key Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Under the operation execution team, you will in charge of the daily packing operation, inventory, markeing, admin and customer service management

• Manage daily operational activities related to order fulfillment, inventory management, e-commerce marketing and logistics

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and warehouse, to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipment, and delivery.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize the e-commerce platform, improve the user experience.

• Manage e-commerce marketing campaigns and strategy

• Manage and set-up e-commerce listing on various platform and livestream to ensure smooth operation

• Act as a liaison between drivers and customers and provide the necessary support to ensure smooth operations and good customer service

Requirements

• Independent and flexible in taking on new task.

• Candidate must possess good communication skills and be customer oriented

• Flexi Working hours, 5 days work week

• Training will be provided
