Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and scale our online sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and growth of BUZUD’s independent brand website as well as our official stores on major marketplaces, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You will play a crucial role in driving online revenue, optimizing customer journey, and expanding our digital market presence.
Key Responsibilities
● Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of BUZUD’s independent e-commerce website and market place stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
● Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute e-commerce campaigns, mega-sales (e.g., 11.11, payday sales), and platform-specific promotional events to drive traffic and conversion.
● Listing Optimization: Manage product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, compelling copywriting, SEO optimization, and high-quality visual content.
● Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor daily sales performance, track key metrics (conversion rate, traffic, ROI), and generate reports to provide actionable insights for continuous operational improvement.
● Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor stock levels closely and coordinate with the supply chain and fulfillment teams to ensure timely restocking and seamless order fulfillment.
● Customer Experience: Oversee customer service operations for online channels, manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain excellent store ratings and reviews.
● Market Research: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform policy changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a related field.
● Platform Expertise: Solid experience operating DTC websites and major marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret e-commerce metrics, and translate them into strategic actions.
● Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is a strong plus for coordinating with regional teams.
● Plus: Previous experience working with Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Wellness products is highly advantageous and will be considered a major plus.
