We are looking for a resourceful, tech-savvy Office Operations Coordinator to handle our company events, manage our website as well as to assist trouble-shooting minor IT issues in a medium office environment. Job Description
1. Event Planning & Execution (40%)
- End-to-End Coordination : Plan and execute company events like Annual Dinner, 7th Month Praying, Adhoc gatherings and company lunches.
- Logistics & Vendors : Source venues, coordinate catering, manage vendor contracts and oversee on-site setup and teardown
- Outreach : Prepare and disseminate attendee communications
2. Website and Social Media Update (35%)
- Update website with new content on a quarterly basis using WordPress.
- Do regular postings on company's Facebook and IG accounts to reach out to potential clients, potentials candidates and general public.
3. Small Office IT Support (approx. 25%)
- Act as the go-to person for basic, everyday tech troubleshooting (setting up dual monitors, fixing printer jams, resolving local WIFI drops etc)
- Liaise with 3rd party IT company to resolve Microsoft 365 and SharePoint issues.
Qualification Requirements:
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in an office coordination, administrative, or hybrid technical/event role. You don't need to be a software engineer but you must be comfortable navigating technology.Experience with CMS platforms (Wordpress/Squarespace) and admin consoles (Google Workspace/M365) is highly preferred.
- A "let me Google that and figure it out" attitude when encountering an unfamiliar tech glitch or event logistics hurdle.
- Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to priortize tasks independently in a quiet or fast-changing office environment.
