FMCG: Regional Senior Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Join as a Senior Marketing Executive – International Markets to drive brand growth and execute impactful marketing initiatives across multiple international markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver successful campaigns.

Responsibilities

Regional Marketing Management

• Partner with regional sales teams to develop annual marketing plans and product launch calendars for assigned markets
• Drive brand growth by ensuring consistent brand execution across international markets
• Execute consumer marketing campaigns, promotions, trade activations, and events to increase market engagement
• Coordinate with creative agencies, distributors, and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives on schedule
• Support new product development and innovation projects from concept through commercial launch
• Collaborate with R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure smooth product development and launch processes

Global Brand Development

• Support development and implementation of global brand strategies and communication platforms to strengthen brand presence
• Develop and maintain global brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand identity across all markets
• Create and manage marketing toolkits, campaign materials, and digital/social media assets to support brand initiatives
• Ensure compliance with brand governance and approval processes to maintain brand integrity

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned international markets
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external agencies
• Collaborate effectively with distributors and regional partners across diverse markets and cultures to align marketing efforts
• Ensure alignment between regional execution and global brand strategy to maximize impact

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, food & beverage, or international brand management
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience managing regional or international marketing activities
• Experience with digital marketing platforms
