Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research, and set product directions, focusing on creating engaging game systems.
• Develop a comprehensive game ecosystem, ensuring gameplay is enjoyable and systems are well-integrated.
• Lead the development team, managing project timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the game meets quality standards.
• Design and refine game frameworks and numerical systems to enhance playability and user engagement.
• Break down project goals into actionable plans, continuously refining the game based on market analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet project milestones and deliver on objectives.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in game system planning, preferably with successful casual game projects.
• A passion for the gaming industry and a deep understanding of game products.
