Global Content Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Global Content Marketing Specialist to drive content marketing efforts for key gaming markets.

In this role, you will be involved in overseas social media content planning, English copywriting, content localisation, collaborations with creators, KOL and KOC, content calendar management, and content performance reviews.

This position serves global markets, but you will not be expected to cover all countries and regions independently. You will work closely with design, video, product, and operations teams to deliver content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute overseas content marketing plans, including content themes, release schedules, and content calendars.
2. Participate in content planning for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X / Twitter, Reddit, etc.
3. Draft and refine English social media posts, short video scripts and creative briefs.
4. Localise content to fit the language habits and cultural characteristics of different markets.
5. Liaise with overseas creators, KOL and KOC, and track the delivery and performance of collaborative content.
6. Track content metrics, sort out data and user feedback, and deliver content performance reviews with optimisation recommendations.
7. Stay informed on overseas content trends, competitor content, and trending user topics, and propose new content directions.

Requirements

1. Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in content marketing, overseas social media operations, English content planning, brand content, or creator collaborations.
3. Good English writing and communication skills, Chinese for daily internal communication.
4. Familiarity with overseas content platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X / Twitter, Reddit, etc.
5. Ability to derive content topics from product selling points, user needs, and trending conversations.
6. Sensitivity to cultural differences, content styles, and user expressions across different markets.
7. Good coordination and communication skills to work with internal teams and external creators.
8. Interest in games, mobile apps, online entertainment, and youth culture.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Relevant content creation experience in gaming, apps, ACG, online entertainment, or youth-focused brands.
2. Hands‑on experience writing English short‑form video scripts, social media copy, and creator briefs.
3. Experience collaborating with overseas KOL / KOC or content creators.
4. Experience working with one or more of the following markets: Europe & the US, Southeast Asia, Japan & Korea, the Middle East, or Latin America.
5. Practical experience with content calendars, content performance reviews, or competitor content analysis.
