Job Description - Global Digital Operations Specialist
We are looking for a Global Digital Operations Specialist to drive digital operations for key overseas markets.
In this role, you will focus on website operations, landing page / campaign page launches, SEO coordination, App Store / Google Play content maintenance, ASO coordination, user feedback consolidation, and cross‑team project execution.
This position serves global markets, but you will not be expected to cover all countries and regions independently. You will work closely with content, design, development, product, and data teams to deliver content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage or assist in daily operations of the overseas official website, including page updates, FAQ / Help Centre maintenance, version information, and campaign page upkeep.
Drive the launch of website pages, campaign pages, and landing pages, coordinating with content, design, development, and product teams.
Support SEO efforts, including keywords, page titles, meta descriptions, internal links, image alt text, etc.
Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or equivalent to track website and organic search performance.
Support app store page maintenance (App Store, Google Play) and ASO initiatives.
Participate in optimising app store titles, subtitles, keywords, descriptions, screenshot copy, and release notes.
Consolidate user feedback from the website, app store reviews, surveys, and customer support channels.
Support KOL / KOC or partner projects by coordinating landing page support, link configuration, and performance tracking.
Produce weekly operations reports, SEO / ASO insights, user feedback summaries, and optimisation recommendations.
Requirements
Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience
Experience in digital operations, website operations, SEO, ASO, content operations, product operations, or related fields.
Good English communication and information organisation skills. Chinese is a plus.
Familiarity with the operational workflows of websites, content pages, campaign pages, or landing pages.
Basic SEO knowledge (keywords, meta tags, internal links, organic search, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.).
Basic understanding of App Store/Google Play operations and ASO concepts.
Ability to identify issues from user feedback, page data, search data, and store page performance.
Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross‑team projects.
Interest in gaming, apps, online entertainment, digital content, or global market operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant operations experience in gaming, apps, online entertainment, consumer internet, or digital content products.
Experience managing English, global or multilingual websites.
Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb.
Hands-on experience with App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, data.ai or similar platforms.
Experience in SEO content, keyword research, FAQ, and campaign page optimisation.
ASO experience (app store copywriting, screenshot text and review feedback management).
Track record of cross-functional collaboration with content, design, development, product, or data teams.
