Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled and versatile Graphic Designer to contribute to the visual identity and creative output of our agency. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual communications across various mediums, collaborating with our team to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and design visually stunning graphics, logos, icons, and branding materials

- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and social media assets

- Design and layout publications, reports, and presentations

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and designs for campaigns

- Work closely with copywriters to develop cohesive visual and verbal identities

- Design and implement email marketing campaigns and newsletters

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all materials

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies

- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design

- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, branding, and marketing materials

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects)

- Proficient in Figma

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field

Nice to Have:

- Experience with UI/UX design and front-end development

- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation

- Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design

- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)

- Certification in design software (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert)
