Head of Integration Services

We are seeking for a Head of Integration Services to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

1.     Provide overallstrategic advice on brand communications for existing clients and also forwinning new business

2.     Leading role instrategic positioning, segmentation initiatives and in areas of holisticprogram planning and communications idea generation/execution

3.     Develops reporting andtools to communicate strategic plans and concepts to clients

4.     Handle large sizeprojects with complex decision-making hierarch

5.     Adapt into atransformative role, ideally driving media strategy, brand strategy, IMCcommunication, social campaigns and other scopes for the clients

6.     Cooperate with bothinternal and external team to develop integrated communication strategies andplans

7.     Builds and maintain deepand trusting relationships with clients to foster new business opportunities

Other Requirements:

1.    FMCG background combinedwith strong business sense, strong knowledge of Chinese marketing andespecially deep insights into China's second - and third-tier cities’ marketing

2.    Strong analyticalcapabilities to drive planning products

3.    Ability to anticipateand quickly assess changing client needs and adapt resources and strategiesaccordingly 

4.    Excellent presentation,writing and communication skills in English and Mandarin

5.    Strong in teamwork andcollaboration
