Responsibilities
• Optimize ad campaigns and spending across different platforms • Create and iterate on winning creative angles and assets • Manage website and perform A/B testing • Build and maintain strategic partnerships • Implement CRM marketing strategies • Build and maintain performance dashboards • Develop and execute overall marketing strategies • Oversee external communications • Recruit and build a high-performance team • Motivate and encourage knowledge sharing
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in a management role • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketers • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Proficient in using ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to think strategically and proactively • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Keen eye for creative and media assets • Ability to communicate and improve marketing goals
