The Role

We are looking for a HubSpotWebmaster who can own both our CRM infrastructure and our CMS build on HubSpot.This is a hands-on, technical role with a direct impact on lead generation,marketing automation, and the digital experience across all Ascentium markets.

You will work closely with themarketing team to build, maintain, and optimise every layer of HubSpot — fromcontact properties and workflows to website modules and landing pages. If youlike solving problems end-to-end and care about clean data and fast pages, thisrole is for you.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

•      Own HubSpot CRM setup,including contact, company, and deal properties across 23+ markets

•      Build and maintain leadrouting workflows, lifecycle stage automation, and lead scoring models

•      Design and managemulti-step nurture sequences aligned to service lines and market segments

•      Ensure data hygiene —deduplication, segmentation, and list management across all pipelines

•      Set up and maintain forms,CTAs, and progressive profiling aligned to conversion goals

•      Manage integrations betweenHubSpot and third-party tools (CRMs, enrichment tools, analytics)

CMS & Website

•      Build and maintain HubSpotCMS pages — landing pages, pillar pages, blog templates, and modules

•      Develop and manage HubLtemplates, custom modules, and reusable themes across market sites

•      Coordinate with designersand external agencies on website builds and migrations

•      Implement on-page SEO bestpractices — meta, schema, page speed, and technical SEO requirements

•      Manage website analytics,tracking, and tag implementation via HubSpot and Google Tag Manager

•      Support multi-marketwebsite rollouts — adapting templates for different regions and languages

Reporting & Optimisation

•      Build HubSpot dashboardsand reports for traffic, leads, pipeline, and campaign performance

•      Run A/B tests on landingpages, emails, and CTAs to improve conversion rates

•      Monitor automation health,flag issues, and maintain documentation for all workflows

•      Contribute to quarterlyplanning by surfacing performance data and optimisation opportunities

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have

•      3–5 years of hands-onHubSpot experience across both CRM and CMS

•      HubSpot certifications —Marketing Hub, CMS Hub, or equivalent

•      Proficiency in HubLtemplating language and HubSpot module development

•      Strong working knowledge ofmarketing automation — workflows, sequences, lead scoring

•      Experience with HTML, CSS,and basic JavaScript for CMS customisation

•      Familiarity with Google TagManager, GA4, and conversion tracking setup

•      Excellent attention todetail — clean data, clean code, clean processes

Nice to Have

•      Experience managingmulti-language or multi-market HubSpot portals

•      Exposure to B2Bprofessional services, consulting, or corporate services

•      Familiarity with dataenrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, or similar)

•      Experience with APIintegrations between HubSpot and external platforms

•      Working knowledge of SEOtools — SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
