Integrated Marketing Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Lead to spearhead strategic marketing initiatives for globally recognized financial services brands. This role combines brand building, digital marketing, and industry knowledge to deliver integrated campaigns that support client growth and strengthen market presence.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will develop data-driven marketing strategies, oversee execution across multiple channels, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients operating in dynamic and competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Define and drive integrated marketing programs for international financial services clients, ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand objectives.
• Campaign Delivery: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across digital, social, content, events, and partnership channels to maximize reach and effectiveness.
• Industry Intelligence: Stay abreast of market developments, customer trends, and regulatory changes to provide strategic perspectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Brand Development: Shape brand narratives and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen reputation and increase visibility in key markets.
• Measurement & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, establish success metrics, and leverage insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal specialists across strategy, creative, media, and technology, as well as external partners, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Client Partnership: Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a strategic partner during discussions, workshops, and presentations.
• People Leadership: Support team development through coaching, knowledge sharing, and effective management of day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant Experience: Degree-qualified in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline, with 5–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or digital marketing gained in agencies, consultancies, or corporate environments. Exposure to financial services sectors such as banking, asset management, wealth management, or fintech is advantageous.
• Marketing Capability: Demonstrated ability to lead marketing initiatives from insight generation and strategy formulation through execution and performance analysis.
• Digital Expertise: Familiarity with key digital marketing disciplines, including search, paid media, social platforms, and marketing technologies.
• Analytical & Storytelling Skills: Ability to interpret data, uncover actionable insights, and translate complex ideas into compelling narratives and content.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus to facilitate collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across APAC, including Chinese-speaking markets.
• Leadership Qualities: Commercially minded, strategic, and solutions-oriented, with experience managing stakeholders and driving collaboration across teams.
• Ways of Working: Adaptable and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and effectively balance multiple priorities.
