Investor Relations Consultant

Our client, an established public relations and investor relations agency, is looking for an Investor Relations Consultant to support listed companies in managing investor communications, corporate disclosures, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investor relations and financial communications strategies for listed company clients.
• Prepare investor presentations, annual reports, earnings materials, corporate announcements, and shareholder communications.
• Support quarterly results announcements, AGM/EGM preparations, and investor engagement activities.
• Conduct market research, peer analysis, and investor sentiment monitoring.
• Liaise with management teams, investors, analysts, financial media, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Assist clients in strengthening investor confidence and corporate visibility.
• Support business development activities and client presentations.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial PR, Corporate Communications, Capital Markets, or related fields.
• Experience in a PR agency, IR consultancy, listed company, financial institution, or corporate communications environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate financial information into clear messaging.
• Good understanding of SGX regulations, corporate disclosures, and capital markets is advantageous.
