Your Responsibilities: -

• Develop and launch product campaigns to promote new products or features, coordinating with cross-functional teams like Product Supply and Pricing for a seamless launch.
• Align with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of launch plans, including activities such as Product Benefits Training for Sales teams.
• Take ownership of the implementation and monitoring of launch plans, overseeing activities for Sales, Marketing, Product Supply, and other relevant departments.
• Implement product portfolio management capabilities to drive processes such as re-launch, re-positioning, phase-in/phase-out strategies, and data management in collaboration with the RPM team.
• Institute a systematic process to collect and evaluate product requirements and market feedback, supporting the definition of product priorities based on Festo values, positioning, and market needs with Industry Segment and Cluster teams.
• Collaborate with Global Product Management and Regional Technical Engineering Centers (TECs) as needed to ensure an efficient product development cycle.
• Work with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and translate them into actionable sales strategies.
• Collaborate with BDMs on sales incentives and key focuses to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
• Develop local target applications in partnership with Application Engineers and define local demands for Processes and Tools requirements to support product development and sales strategies.

You will need: -

• Degree in Marketing/Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 5 years relevant working experience
