Junior Associate — PR & Communications

The Opportunity

Access Communications is hiring a Junior Associate to join our growing lifestyle and luxury communications team in Singapore.

This is your step from intern-energy to true account ownership. You’ll work across PR, marketing and events for some of the most distinctive lifestyle, luxury, fashion, beauty and wellness brands in the region — and you’ll be trusted with the kind of hands-on responsibility that builds a real career.

What You’ll Do

• Understand client and agency needs, and translate them into action

• Manage and fulfil contract deliverables and account schedules end-to-end, including change management

• Provide operational updates, compile reports and handle day-to-day account requests

• Execute media, influencer and partner liaison workflows accurately and on time

• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients, with the right materials and documentation

• Use the most effective channel for the moment — meeting, call, email, in-person visit

• Monitor media coverage and compile clean, insightful reports

• Develop materials — press releases, video production briefs, social content

• Flag changes to plans early, and escalate issues professionally with good judgment

• Assist with venue sourcing, F&B coordination and vendor liaison for events

• Help prepare event proposals, briefs, door-gift packing, RSVP tele-consulting and data entry

• Participate in event execution and post-campaign reporting

• Support new-business proposals with market research and ground intelligence

• Contribute to strategic discussions and proposals for new clients

• Help maintain internal resources and tools that strengthen the team’s communications expertise

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in an agency or related service business (PR, marketing or media management)

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or other relevant qualification

• Exposure to luxury, fashion, beauty, health & wellness brands is a strong plus

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong planner and organiser — able to bring order to busy days

• Genuine team player

• Excellent work ethic with a can-do attitude
