What You'll Do

As a Junior Marketing & Sales Associate, you'll work with our team to deliver face-to-face marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives for our clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Representing client brands at events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
• Building positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Learning how marketing campaigns are planned, executed, and measured.
• Collaborating with teammates to achieve campaign objectives.
• Developing sales, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills through continuous coaching.

As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility, mentor new team members, and develop leadership capabilities.
