Responsibilities:

· Capture, process and edit images and videos including lifestyle, food, drinks and venues across 1-Group

· Source props, style and conceptualize photoshoots

· Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing campaigns and materials, including menus, promotional materials, packaging, banners, EDMs, Logos, promotional KV’s & adaptations.

· Develop and execute creative concepts that effectively communicate the brand's values and offerings to our target audience.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs or photos

· Manage and organize design assets, including photographs, illustrations, and other visual elements, to ensure easy access and retrieval for future use.

· Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all design projects and marketing campaigns.

· Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital assets, including website graphics and layouts, to enhance the online presence and user experience.

· Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design and photography techniques to keep our brand visually appealing and competitive.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

· Prior experience in Graphic Design or Photography in the food and beverage industry or a related field is an advantage

· Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

· Knowledge in photography and videography techniques

· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

· A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and engaging designs.

· Able to work independently with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and photography projects, including print and digital materials, with a focus on lifestyle, food and beverage.
