Legal Counsel – IP & Corporate

We are working with a global media firm to hire for a Legal Counsel role in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on IP matters (trademarks, copyrights, licensing, enforcement)
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (licensing, SaaS, distribution, NDAs)
• Manage IP portfolio and support product/branding initiatives
• Support corporate transactions (M&A, JVs, investments) and due diligence
• Advise on corporate governance and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Singapore
• Experience across IP, commercial contracts, and corporate work
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially pragmatic and adaptable
