A Day in the Life As a Localisation ProjectManager for CeraVe and La Roche-Posay, you will act as a central hub within theSAPMENA zone, You will be instrumental in adapting our global innovations forlocal production, making our life-changing dermatological solutions moreaccessible to consumers in the region. This is a unique opportunity to build anew capability from the ground up and see the direct impact of your work onbusiness growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Planning: Identify future international projects suitable for localisation and build the long-term strategic vision for the SAPMENA zone.
• Business Case Development: Build and present compelling business cases to gain approval from global and regional Operations, integrating all financial and logistical data.
• Project Management & Coordination: Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring seamless coordination across diverse functions (Marketing, Operations, Product Development) and entities (global, regional, local) to meet all timelines.
• Artwork Development: Drive the artwork development process in close collaboration with the lead countries, DMI Master Design, C&A, and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and local relevance.

• You hold a Master’s degree, either in Engineering with a strong affinity for marketing, or in Marketing with proven experience in operational product development.
• You excel at navigating complex challenges and can clearly articulate pragmatic solutions to diverse audiences.
• You have initial experience in project management and are comfortable building a business case and managing economic factors.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Your agility and collaborative mindset enable you to connect with diverse teams, from creative to industrial.
