Marcom & Tenant Relations Executive

Job Summary: To enhance the asset/portfolio brand visibility as a vibrant and exciting destination. Ensure tenants (office and retail) are engaged and happy, supporting tenant satisfaction and “stickiness” within the asset/portfolio. This role will also support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, tenant engagement initiatives, and communications activities across the developments of IOI Properties Singapore. The successful candidate will work to enhance brand visibility through placemaking initiatives and engaging experiences for tenants and visitors alike.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and execute marketing and placemaking events & activities by identifying creative partnership opportunities with external brands, vendors, and community stakeholders to enhance visitor experience within the developments.
• Engage office and retail tenants through curated activities and experiential initiatives to foster a positive and engaging workplace environment.
• Manage and liaise with internal departments, external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage and update social media, websites, EDMs, and other digital communication platforms.
• Create and develop marketing collaterals, including copywriting and artworks for posters, eDMs, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, track budgets, and prepare monthly marketing reports and post-campaign analysis.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations and related administrative activities
• Prepare annual asset business plan for senior management review and approval
• Any other duties as may be assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, social media platforms and relevant digital marketing tools
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated individual contributor, who is also a good team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills to engage across all levels
• Additional hours maybe required after office/weekends when running events/activities
• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or a related field of study
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing and communications for a shopping mall, commercial, mixed use or integrated Grade A office/retail asset
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Creative, with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in graphic design and content creation will be an added advantage
