Job Description
ShopNJoy is looking for a hands-on Marcomm Specialist to support day-to-day marketing communications, content planning, social media execution, campaign coordination, and marketing operations.
The role supports the Group CMO in turning marketing direction into clear, creative, and well-executed communications across shopper, merchant, partner, campaign, and internaltouchpoints.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar.
• Create and coordinate content for social media, website, app, campaigns, and
merchant/shopper communications.
• Support short-form videos, captions, campaign posts, merchant features, and brand
storytelling.
• Write and adapt clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy.
• Support communications for shoppers, merchants, partners, internal teams, and
campaigns.
• Help ensure ShopNJoy’s tone of voice is consistent across all touchpoints.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and shopper/merchant
initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, approvals, and follow-ups.
• Assist with social media boosting, basic digital marketing tracking, and campaign
reports.
• Ensure promotional messages and campaign mechanics are clear and accurate.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, freelancers, printers, suppliers, and remote
marketing support.
• Manage marketing trackers, asset folders, content records, and working documents.
• Follow up on marketing deliverables and ensure execution stays organised and on time.
• Work with internal teams such as sales, merchant operations, product, and support.
• Support brand consistency across marketing and communication materials.
• Help develop simple brand, campaign, merchant, and shopper communication assets.
• Bring creative ideas for content, social media, campaigns, and digital engagement.
• Use AI and digital tools responsibly to improve speed, quality, and creativity.
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, content creation,
social media, campaign coordination, or marketing support.
• Good writing skills and ability to adapt copy for different audiences and channels.
• Comfortable working across social media, digital content, campaign materials, and
internal coordination.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on timelines and deliverables.
• Able to work with designers, vendors, freelancers, and internal teams.
• Creative, resourceful, and willing to learn in a fast-moving start-up environment.
• Familiarity with digital tools, basic social media performance tracking, and AI-assisted
content tools will be an advantage.
