Job Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Content Creation Platform Operations:
Manage and grow the company’s presence across key platforms in Singapore, specifically Xiaohongshu (Red), Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Content Production: Photograph and film completed renovation projects, showroom setups, and material samples. Create engaging visual content (reels, carousels, before/after transformations).
Copywriting: Write compelling, localized captions in both English and Mandarin to appeal to Singaporean homeowners (BTO/Resale HDB, Condos, and Landed properties).
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and inquiries promptly to convert followers into leads.
2 Market Research & Data Analysis
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotional strategies, and custom-furniture trends in Singapore.
Performance Tracking: Prepare monthly marketing reports tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), engagement rates, and ROI on ad spend.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
1 Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively to meet project timelines
2 Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate tasks and collaborate with stakeholders
3 Creative thinking with attention to detail to produce engaging and accurate marketing content
4 At least Dipolma (or equivalent)
