Role Purpose
Generation Next Communications is looking for a Marketing Analyst to support marketing coordination, campaign tracking, and regional reporting across its SAGE markets. Based in Singapore HQ, this role will work closely with HQ and country teams to consolidate marketing plans, maintain the regional marketing calendar, track key KPIs, and support principal-brand reporting.
Role Summary
The Marketing Analyst will serve as the central coordination and reporting point for marketing activities across the companyʼs regional markets. The role will support cross-market visibility, reporting discipline, and corporate marketing projects including digital assets and website development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Calendar Management
Maintain a consolidated regional marketing calendar across active markets.
Track planned campaigns, launch dates, events, promotions, and brand activities by country, product, and channel.
Follow up with country teams to ensure activity updates are submitted on time and accurately reflected in HQ reporting.
Highlight delays, overlaps, and gaps to relevant HQ stakeholders.
2. Country Marketing Plan Consolidation
Collect monthly and quarterly marketing plans from country teams.
Standardize submissions into a common format for management review.
Consolidate country activity into regional summaries and dashboards.
Identify recurring campaign formats, reporting needs, and best practices across markets.
3. KPI Tracking and Marketing Analytics
Build and maintain recurring KPI dashboards across markets.
Track campaign metrics such as spend, leads, webinar participation, event attendance, partner engagement, digital reach, and conversion indicators where available.
Work with internal teams to connect marketing activity with business outcomes where practical.
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance summaries for management review.
4. Principal-Brand Reporting Support
Maintain structured evidence and reporting packs for principal brands and partners.
Organize campaign records, visuals, event documentation, and summary performance data on an ongoing basis.
Support quarterly and year-end business reviews by ensuring reporting materials are current and accessible.
5. Digital Asset and Corporate Brand Support
Support management of the companyʼs LinkedIn and related corporate pages.
Coordinate updates to company digital assets, including presentations, video content, and website development.
Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of approved marketing materials.
Help maintain a consistent structure and asset library across relevant company entities.
6. Marketing Process Improvement
Create and maintain standard templates for country marketing plans, campaign trackers, post-campaign reports, event summaries, and KPI dashboards.
Improve the consistency and quality of reporting from country teams to HQ.
Help maintain a central repository for marketing plans, assets, and reporting materials.
Requirements
Master degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing or reporting tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and markets in a fast-paced regional business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Acknowledge to digital analytics tools such as GA4 or social media analytics.
Familiarity with consumer electronics, channel marketing, or regional distribution businesses.
Experience coordinating external vendors, digital assets, or website projects.
