Marketing & BD Executive

Role summary
Support Fomo Energy's top-of-funnel marketing execution and business development operations, liaising with external partners, key stakeholders, and internal teams, while managing the company's Renewable Energy Certificates(RECs) portfolio end-to-end.

Key responsibilities

Marketing support

• Take full ownership of Fomo Energy's creative production and testing process, in-house and with agencies
• Coordinate with our marketing agency and freelance marketer on asset delivery timelines and Meta campaign performance
• Surface trends to the BD team on lead acquisition costs and top-of-funnel quality
• Build familiarity with other digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Google Search Console) while primarily managing Meta Ads
• Assist with collateral updates for the residential sales team (brochures, one-pagers, proposal templates)

Business developmentliaison & stakeholder follow-up

• Serve as the point of contact for follow-ups with partners and industry contacts identified by the BD team
• Track outstanding actions from partnership conversations and follow up proactively to keep discussions moving
• Support conversations with banks and financing partners on project financing
• Maintain an up-to-date record of stakeholder touchpoints and next steps
• Support scheduling and prep for external meetings

RECs management

• Track and maintain records of Renewable Energy Certificates generated across Fomo's installed portfolio
• Manage RECs registration, documentation, and any regulatory submission deadlines
• Liaise with relevant registries/authorities and internal O&M team to ensure generation data feeding RECs is accurate
• Report RECs status and volumes to the BD team on a regular cadence

What success looks like in the first 6months

• Creative production and Meta campaign testing run independently with minimal oversight
• Stakeholder follow-ups are proactive, not reactive — nothing sits unanswered
• RECs tracking is fully up to date with no missed submission deadlines
