Job Description

• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments

• Lead and support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives

• Liaise with clients, prospects, and internal/external stakeholders through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Assist in generating leads and following up with prospective clients

• Support sales and partnership initiatives by preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials

• Develop and maintain referral partnerships and strategic collaborations

• Attend networking events, client meetings, and business-related activities when required

• Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication with potential clients

• Support the onboarding and relationship management of new and existing clients

• Track and monitor sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, and client engagement activities

• Assist management in developing strategies to improve client acquisition and retention

• Carry out basic administrative tasks such as data management and customer relationship management (CRM)

• Create documents, presentations, illustrations, and videos using software/online applications such as Canva

• Manage and keep track of MailChimp campaigns and other CRM software

• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive), and online graphic design platforms such as Canva

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Meticulous, well-organised, and attentive to details

• Ability to craft professional emails and marketing messages

• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision

• Comfortable interacting with clients and building professional relationships

• Strong coordination and organisational skills

• Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and business development processes is an advantage

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
